Brian Utley and the Osmosis of Invention - Apparently Brian Utley Invented the Iviewit Technology

Problem is, Brian Utley found out about the IviewIt Technologies 9 Months after it was invented. I mean what is wrong with the Investigative Process at the US Patent Office, in the US Courts? This Stuff seems to be easy enough to Prove. Yet Know Wants to. A nation afraid of being killed for telling the Truth. Sheep would be an understandment.

I mean no disrespect to the United States or Her Citizens, however, Come On why do you let this go on decade after decade. Stuff like this is so blatant, so obvious and no one can do anything about it. Yet they NEED you to keep working, slaving, being in debt in Mass to keep their finely tuned control and money making system in place.

Many of you will have inventions, Trillion Dollar Ideas and they will be Stolen by the Big Boys and Gals and there will be NOTHING you can do but sit down and Shut up.. oh unless you want to die, or watch your kids die... so most give up.

Brian Utley did NOT invent the IveiwIt Technology, from what I have read, I am convinced that the Truth is not as hard to uncover as the big bully patent attorneys, and the cartel that is controling the money and power over this technology want you to believe.

Chris Wheeler of Proskauer Rose introduced Brian Utley to Eliot Bernstein and the Folks at iviewit about 9 months after the invention of the IviewIt Technologies. Brian Utley was introduced as a candidate to run the Iviewit company but Chris Wheeler submitted a falsified resume on Brian Utley.

The Brian Utley resume stated he worked for IBM, then went to work for Diamond Turf Equipment where the company did great due to Brian Utley efforts. What the resume did not say is that the Company was shut down and Brian Utley was fired for attempted IP theft from Monte Friedkin, a local fl business tycoon.

Monte Friedkin told sources at IviewIt that upon learning of the theft he fired Brian Utley and closed the company. Then, he tells Iviewit that Chris Wheeler and Bill Dick of IBM Boca, former IBM far eastern patent department had also been in on the crimes, see the depositions of Brian Utley, Chris Wheeler and Bill Dicks VA bar complaint for further details. Brian Utley, Chris Wheeler and Bill Dicks all perjured themselves this issue, ie Brian Utley states no patents were filed in depo, Dick says they were filed to the VA Bar, etc.

So the three IBM thieves forgot to tell the Board or shareholders about dubious pasts, dummied up Utley’s resume and thought they would be in and out of this theft like stealing candy from a baby, 10 years later the Truth begins to Surface.
