Iviewit is an American technology corporation with patents pending and in suspension by the USPTO. The patent pending applications are pending ongoing investigations at the USPTO, USPTO-OED, FBI, SBA, international patent authority and others of alleged crimes committed by former counsel and others.

Eliot I. Bernstein, an American Inventor of Digital Video and Imaging Mathematical Scaling Formulas started a technology company Iviewit, Inc. Seed capital was provided by H. Wayne Huizenga and H. Wayne Huizenga Jr. of Blockbuster, Waste Management and the Dolphins. Later joined by investors including, Ellen DeGeneres and Alanis Morissette.

The company initially entered into a technology license deal with Real 3D (a consortium of Intel, Silicon Graphics, Inc. and Lockheed Martin, later wholly acquired by Intel), Sony, AOLTW, AOLTW / Warner Bros., Hyatt, Hollywood.com and many more.

Subsequent rounds of funding included Crossbow Ventures who was majority funded by SBA SBIC loans. These loans make the SBA one of the largest owners in the companies Intellectual Properties. Iviewit was on the way to a final raise before going public with Wachovia Securities who had put out a Private Placement Memorandum [3].

Eliot Ivan Bernstein is an American inventor and businessman who developed many devices which greatly influenced digital imaging and video content creation and transmission worldwide. Bernstein was the first inventors to apply scaling formulas to the processes of image and video transmissions to allow transmissions of high quality, low bandwidth video and imaging, enabling the Internet to become a high quality multi-media medium, where it had been severely limited prior.

The search for a video solution was deemed the search for the “holy grail” prior to Bernstein’s scaling technologies and the inventions were heralded as being such grail by leading technologists, including Hassan Miah (Intel/CAA Multimedia Lab) and Real 3D, Inc. engineers who likened the technologies to “digital electricity”. "
