Is the Department of Justice Corrupt - the Federal Courts?

The Thing is every court can have someone who has been corrupted with money offered to them or with favors owed or needed. The Department of Justice seems to be no expception, we hear FDA cases all the time where they are told how horrible the FDA treats people and they do nothing unless there is inside personal vendettas of some sort.

So one may ask is there really anything you can do when So many Billionaires are involved, and they have so much Clout, Political Pull and Control over the Courts? well First of all don't give up, as those in the Iviewit Case have been continuing to Tell the Truth for 8 Years, that is Step One. The Courts at all Levels Continue to IGNORE Eliot Bernstein in this Matter, As does the USPTO, the SEC, the FBI, and the FL and NY Supreme Courts.


Who Can Call a Grand Jury? We the People Can that's Who. So stand Up - it is Time for these Crooked Billionaire Attorneys to Be accountable for the Damage they do, no matter how many connections they have to Supreme Court Judges, no matter how many Big Oil and Gas Companies they have on their Side, Attorneys Such as the Proskauer Rose Law Firm SHOULD not be above the Law. The Law Should Apply to Lawyers as Well as the Rest of Us Non-Billionaires.

These lawyers are in charge of influential ethics committees, they were on grievance committees in the supreme court, they have had supreme court judges who were married to Proskauer Rose Partners. How in the World can A Law Firm Cover Up so many Conflicts of Interest, So many Lies

The Media is Now Exposing so much on Proskauer Rose throught the Allen Stanford Case, and surely the powers that be not think this is an isolated case, it is simply one that Proskauer got exposed on in way they can't hide, it is NOT the ONLY Billion Dollar Corrupt Deed they have been involved in. Proskauer Rose has skirted the law, been above the law and has been protected for a VERY Long time, they are in Hong Kong, all over the US, London and well they have a whole lot of Clout, Money and Favors to be called in.

Many ask how many Complaint have their been around the World on Proskauer Rose LLP attorneys? Well just as the Real Estate Lawsuits that I have Seen, and the huge amounts of documents I have read on the Iviewit Stolen Patent Case - I know that 99% of all complaints are STOPPED well before they get to any place where the Public would have access to the Fact that they even existed.

Even if the Complaints get to some sort of Settlement, the victims have to sign that they won't talk about it or the don't get their money, or their life back.

So you can bet there are lots of complaints and they are hidden by the Corruption in the Courts, such as Jorge Labarga of the Florida Court System covering up for Proskauer Rose Attorney Kenneth Rubenstein and Christopher C. Wheeler, and throwing out a Case .. not permitting evidence and well... I don't know why.

I can only guess it is because of some favor owed or a hell of a lot of money. When your Covering up a Trillion Dollar Stolen Technology Case, there has got to be a Whole Lot of Money for Pay Offs and Side Deals.

How do you Stand up Against Local Corruption?

It takes a Toll on your Life, ruins your Reputation, Ruins your Pocketbook as you Stand There Telling the Truth on Companies, People, and those in the Legal System Who Have Harmed you only to Have a Justice of the Peace, a District Judge and a Supreme Court Judge and Trial ... take away your rights over and over and stand in favor of those who broke the law because they have more money to offer the judges, political connections or favors. When your the Law Abiding, Truth Telling Citizen Standing there Getting the US Court System Smack Down.

Most are Stopped at District Court Corruption, and then when the Supreme Court of their state dishes the Same Justice Well they Give Up. They have no money left at this point, they have been harassed, local news media has made them look like the Bad Guy and their life is changed for ever... so MOST give up and go find a place to start over .. .to begin making money and getting some sort of a life back, even though THEY were the ONES on the Right Side of the LAW - they lose and are beaten down because the Courts Protect the Criminals.

So If you go past this - DEMAND a Grand JURY, Complain in Federal Courts and Well your Still not heard... what choice do you have really. Well keep filing complaints on every single person in EVERY court at every Level, We can all do this - we DO NOT have to be a Party to the Case to File against ALL these People on this Blog - we only have to have knowledge of the Case, the Facts... more on that Coming Soon..
