What is Stephen Lamont's Plan B - is it Legal - Does Stephen Lamont have this Authority? Why is a Supposed Ex-CEO causing such a Conflict?

Why is P. Stephen Lamont still acting as if he is CEO of Iviewit, is HE? Has he proved this to you with the Correct, Proper, Legal Documentation?

It seems to me that Stephen Lamont is Rogue on all this and just trying to stir things up, do you want to take a chance of doing something Illegal?

Yes their is Corruption in the Courts, yes their is Illegal Behavoir - Stolen Patents - Corrupt Patent Attorneys - Tech Companies who so Far are Above the Law - However, you still must wait for the Slow moving wheels of the United States Justice System and NOT be tempted into Illegal behavior. the Truth will Surface. And it will do so in a Legal, Ethical Way and those in the US Court system who are NOT corrupt will ONE day abide by the great laws of the United States and do the Right thing. Until then, do not become one of those acting illegally or outside of the laws.... get your Proof... your documentation... before you Trust the Latest Lamont Email Circulating... Funny many sources now seem to be sending me this email...

Why is there only One Seeming Outsider in the Iviewit Technoligies Drama? The Backbiting needs to Stop and the Proof needs to simply be laid out to the courts... and this Plan B... well.. it sounds pretty mysterious and Rogue to Me... be Careful Folks..

Attached, and not withstanding the vote to select Option 3 below (exclusively by default), at CEO discretion I will direct towards Option 2 if and when and it might come to fruition (Plan B forthcoming).

However, for those of you who wish to operate exclusively through Eliot Bernstein’s psychologically unstable personality and “game plan,” please send me an “opt out” message by Wednesday, March 3, 2010.

By “opting out,” the caveat is if and when Plan B comes to fruition, and if any settlement or damage awards are accrued through Plan B, those “opting out” will be left to their own recourse to recover.

The going forward options presently are:

1. Press onto the U.S. Supreme Court;
2. Await the coming of Plan B (currently operating in stealth mode);
3. Sit tight and wait for the criminal side to act (default option).

Discretion of CEO remains, but responses are due by Wednesday, February 17, 2010; no responses default to option 3.

One more Note here, from My Perspective and reading the documents that Eliot Bernstein has legally presented to the US Judicial System, it appears that Eliot Bernstein's game plan is Based in Law, in Fact, in True and Correct Evidence and is Very Stable. Read as many documents as you can and Make up your Own Mind for Yourself.

Eliots "plan" and documents is all out in the open and with no secret code names Plan B or other mysterious, possibly illegal methods to attempt to pursue more fraud on the US Courts. Eliot Bernstein is the Founder of the iViewit Company and Well, are you going to Stand with the Owner or someone he fired long ago... ??? Your Decision...
