What... Is this being used Today. Who is Benefitting, who invented the Technology and why is the US Court System, US Judicial System allowing the use of this Trillion dollar supposedly "proprietary technology" when the inventors never got credit. How much proof do the courts really need, Come On.

Patent Pending, Proprietary Technology, - guess back then Iviewit and the REAL inventors really thought they had something and really thought the US Patent Office would give them a patent on what they invented. To bad for them, oh well at least we get to use the technology right? Oh come on you know I am kidding, FIGHT for them as you would fight if it happen to you. If we stand silent while this happens to them, who will stand for us when it happens to us. This kind of injustice and theft at this level means that corruption at EVERY level is legal, is easily put into play and you can be setup and shut down by any court in the land for any reason.
